Our Baoshan facility encompasses dedicated machining, assembly, and calibration areas equipped with precision CNC equipment, cleanroom assembly stations, and certified calibration bays. Production capacity supports both high-volume commodity instruments and low-volume specialty assemblies with equal rigor.

Inspection & Testing

Every instrument undergoes a defined inspection and functional test protocol before release. This includes dimensional verification, hydrostatic pressure testing, electrical insulation testing, calibration against traceable reference standards, and environmental conditioning where applicable.
